@c0 Have a chat with your mgr or next level. Simply say you are open to a sevwrqnce package. As heartless as those corksoakers are, am sure they would welcome some voluntary severance victims.

@c5 I just left after America 250 took a nice long chunk of vacation and then resigned to go to a competitor who has a culture, it's not all green grass but it's not Dell misery and abuse. Customers do not like the constant change and word is spreading how unfair the sales comp plan and all the outsource and out of US hiring that Dell does. Quite ironic with msd and all his patriotic gestures in the name of his legacy, all that money and he can't uncross his eyes 👀

@c0 Nobody wants to stay any longer. This company is a joke.
So the wfr/layoff is not over yet? Will it last until August? Is there a way that someone can volunteer himself/herself to save some other folks in the same group? I don’t want to stay any longer.
