Thread regarding Dell Inc. layoffs

Will this ever end?

How much more can they cut before operations suffer? And by the time it stops, nobody will want to be here anyway.

@OP where have you been? Operations are already suffering and nobody wants to be here except bootlickers and incompetent managers. Productivity is -10%

What do you mean before? Operations is already a sh-t show because of all the cuts. It started with "do more with less" and has gone to "we need to stop doing some of the things we've done because there's no capacity" and right on the brink of "we can barely support the bare minimum".

All hail our new AI overlords

Hehe. Almost right. Behind your back they give credit for all your hard work to their overrated friends.

Dell management, the ones with zero integrity anyway, always over-staff their respective areas. 1) They feel safer when they have more reports, especially local reports. 2) They need constant spoon feeding so they can take credit for your work, ideas and recommendations. This is the Limerick way. Stab city by name, stab city by nature !
