Agree with everyone and AQ, I feel you! All in on AI is a mental health crisis pushed down the throats of employees to hide the failures of L3,2,1 and executive board members!
It’s a win-win proposition for them. If it is successful then SAP share price will jump and rocket up which these so called leaders and executives hold in tons and if All in on AI and Autonomous Enterprise story fails then employees will be fired or worst will quit after sustained mental health crisis and they will reduce the head count and salaries.
You’re not alone. Sadly many of us are just Tired.. Verp or not Im ending my employment here the first of the year. Never thought I would end my career on such sour note…

As it stands today AI IS MORE DESTRUCTIVE THAN CONSTRUCTIVE.
@aq All in On AI is corporate guys pretending to be "cool and innovative". But it is just full of chaos, clueless “leaders”, expensive trips. Incompetence as its best, but they are trying to make you believe this is the best of SAP.

It is a mental health crisis...people jumping from one topic to another upto 4-5 in a day and working in the night. Things are so unorganized, it's not a workshop but a sermon and nobody has any clarity and everyone talks over each other in a 30+ member workshops which is like a fish market. Nobody documents anything and everyone just talks and talks and forgets...can't believe the most valuable EU tech firm is so incompetent and full of chaos. Already regret joining this company some months ago and want to leave now!
