I think the biggest surprise will be how many of the PL's everyone has been talking about on here are taking this themselves. I have gotten wind of names of people that have been approved and lots of VP's and Directors that have been around awhile are taking this as an opportunity to leave.

My PL is yellow constantly on teams lately which actually feels a little like a sign bc usually he is laid back but now it feels like he isn't even faking it

This is not surprising and I am curious to see which ones leave in my area.
Any good PL accepted the VSP. They have seen the writing on the wall since end of 2025 and are ready to get off the ride just as much as individual contributors, if not more.

My PL said she deleted the email, she is waiting on her bonus with less employees in the bonus pool, she expects a huge bonus.
