It’s a new day and I still don’t feel any better about a late 2027 separation date. I feel I have made a HUGE mistake taking the VSP and it’s definitely time to move on.

Keep in mind all those that are NOT going to be able to file for unemployment either way. since this is a RESIGNING from your job. Way to keep centene off the radar for massive unemployment claims.
Agreed! They know exactly what they are doing! Unfortunately we are stuck in a situation but time to move on!
I am flabbergasted at this entire situation. It should not be legal, but employees do not have rights and that’s the sad reality. I am disgusted and can’t not wait to move on. How easy would it have been to put their big girl pants on and lay off the people that they did not need within the next several months and be done with it ? This was a set up. If you can not see that, then the rest of your life is gonna be rough. Hope you got a good helmet.
