I’ve seen a lot of opportunity given to the same people who always seem to get it. It’s always funny how people are given positions for development, yet no one is able to apply to them because their might be someone more qualified in the ranks. It’s still a good ol boys club at the glass palace, except it’s less actual boys, and more college buddies or old friends from pas roles. Nothing here is merit based, it’s all a popularity contest and who likes or doesn’t like you, no matter the quality of your work. Pay is given randomly with no actual structure, which is why a new person can be making 15k more for doing the same job as the person who’s been doing it for 5 years. Smh
