My follow workers, this pay cycle shift is absurb and just another way to take more from IR employees. As you are all now stock holders I encourage you to vote against re-election of any of the board of directors.
So if I work 2 years, are they really give me stock worth 20%? Is that for hiurly too?
Layoffs are being planned before IR Gardner Denver stock payout in September. Good luck.

Layoffs happening in Buffalo, the old Cameron plant. 60 in the office, 28 from the shop and assembly.
I can recommend Ingersoll Rand to anyone, I've worked here for 11 years and I can tell you that it is a great employer. No layoffs in Finance and as all companies things can be up and down but overall it is a great company that cares about workers.
