Nat Gen is a horrible company. They have no procedures on how to actually handle a claim the legal way. Their policies are in direct opposition to Allstate policies. Their upper management from SM on up is clueless on how to run a claims... — read more

What happens in an acquisition?

National General closed their whole call center in Louisiana and laid off almost 200 employees. The day the employees found out about the layoff is the same day they had to pack their desks and were escorted out by armed guards.

What’s up with this place & hiring? Don’t walk the leadership talk. Temps are strung along with bs talk. Discrimination big time. They need to be investigated for hiring practices.

Not sure about others, but no layoffs in NC
