Wonder how many ppl did apply for the VSP. I feel like not that many will. I am the only one on my team that is. I'm actually excited about this possibility. I was so back and forth about it all at first but I have made my mind up and just hope I get approved. Sianaura sukas lol

@e9 I believe it states pay back some or all. I think most companies it’s if you come back within a year. if someone can swing it, they could do it and then come back and receive a higher offer as an external employee. he-l if I could, I would do so in a heartbeat.
@c6 make sure to read the fine print, when i read it, it said you could be eligible for rehire, but would have to pay back the severance in full.
@c6 same! Couldn’t have said it better myself
I can’t voluntarily be unemployed. Horrible job market. I’m going to roll the dice.
Me too, 13 years now, and its just not the Centene I fell in love with back then.
I applied after much deliberation.
I’m not happy with my current position and the growth opportunities are going to be very limited with a contracting workforce in the short term.
I actually hope to come back in a year or so. I’ll get some certifications, expand my skill set, work part time elsewhere and just breathe for a bit.
I have been needing a break ‘cause I’m so burnt out and I feel like this is it.
@a6 I’m already ready to leave. Past few years have been miserable. Been with company for almost 15 years.
@OP I am also ready to leave! Taking my VSP and taking my chances.
I’m not willingly giving up my job in this job market, and I like most of my colleagues.
