Just got an email asking what separation date I would choose. I am in a role that needs staggered separation dates.

Did the email come to your personal email or your work email? Would hate to miss it. Applied but have not received anything like that so far.
Oh no, if you stick around your work load is gonna double if not triple and there's no guarantee they aren't gonna try to PIP your a55 out the door to save money. This is a no win situation, I regret staying here so long.

When you go to the form you pick from 1st to last which ones you prefer! So clear NOT!

I got same email, with same choices of months/years. But what date of the month? Also it says, “Please use this form to rank your desired separation dates in order of preference by July 17 at noon CT, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Final decisions on both VSP application approvals and separation dates remain subject to business needs and program criteria.”
So what’s the point of choosing, if they’ll be the one to make the final choice anyway?
And Nov 2027 is such a long time… what do you think, if I choose Nov 2027, would there be a chance that they change the terms of VSP before Nov 2027?

@a3 yes it really does su-k! The email again is unclear on different things yes the exact separation date, is working farther get deducted from the VSP amount, and will our PL know and is it risky staying and risk getting on PIP for any little thing!
November 2027? Heck, I would have taken that deal if it was on the table.
I also got the same email. It su-ks cause it only have choices for “month”. It doesn’t mention the exact dates of separation. Example, what exacy day of the month, like Nov what? There’s a big difference to have separation date between Nov 1 versus Nov 30. What do you all think on what’s the date?
Yes I applied so it’s asking for which Seperstion date I would accept and the form has to be completed by July 17th
Are you one that applied for the VSP? I’d assume this is an indication that you are being approved.
