I think they f*cked around and found out that a large majority of their workforce applied for the VSP lmaooooooo.

I could be wrong, but if they would just tell us the PERCENTAGE of the workforce being laid off, we wouldn’t be in this mess.

these cost savings will not go to promotions and raises that are well deserved. it is CRYSTAL CLEAR work loads will increase.

@ax I think this situation put the final nail in the coffin. I was hanging in there, but now I’m done for real.

Some of us are just tired. It’s too late to back track from this chaos. They showed their true colors with the inconsistency and lack of transparency. Stop with the “cenTeam/ cenTeamer.”

Did everyone just apply to make a statement? There were a lot of people on here saying they couldn’t afford to accept the VSP. Did 50k people opt in for VSP (sarcasm)? The people have responded lol

@ag hahaha nah it’s going to the new executive they just hired. Centene appointed Lauren M. Tyler, a former JPMorgan Chase executive with over 20 years of experience at the multinational bank, to its Board of Directors. Your salaries are going to this person.
