Thread regarding T-Mobile layoffs

They just rolled out a new platform for FOPs to track EVERYTHING we do. FOPs is a like an ER doc. We are not bust all the time but you are super excited when the cr-p hits the fan and you need us. I dont see any manager or desk person willing to go to a site on a mountain top in the middle of winter or during a bad storm. They just sit there and send emails out about how bad the weather is and that there will be pizza in the break room today

Layoffs are complete until possibly 2030. I expect no additional layoffs from ELT and OLT members until then. Thank you.

They do stuff employee's mouth with severance, but the world on the other side is not great either. Too hard to find a job with so many people already in the market. You are never good enough unless you got the right "network"

@OP Of course there will be. Its like musical chairs that has no ending in sight. The music will play, it will stop. Chairs will have been removed while the music was playing. The music will start again....
