Saddly it’s true but unfortunately the environment in the United states over the last 15 years has not been in favor of workers or unions.The only thing controlling this country is who has deeper pockets to pay the better Lawyers .It went way down hill back when they imposed rules on striking like not allowed to say bad words or walking only 3 people in a group .Yet they will allow massive protesting rioting in places like newark if the politicians in power sees it as leverage for elections.This is not a political party thing anymore it’s a corrupt country thing .We have taken what we can to continue but in the end the result will be it will end one day this company along with many others will be broken up spun off and contracted out
