Okay two questions. How many people have been laid off thus far? I feel like we’re all in the dark. Second, what happened to the Reddit page? Did people get found out or something? Just curious why we all never are on there and it only seems to be people asking for references.

I believe Kyndryl's goal is to cut all expensive employees (Canada, US, Europe, etc) and leave the cheap labor (India, Costa Rica, etc). I BEGGED my boss to lay off a total dummy, as in the kind who had to have me layout the exact steps of what to do like -
1) email x, y, and z
2) say "The feature is not working. Click here, then here, etc"
3) Send email.
4) Follow up in 72 hours.
My boss kept her (probably because she was in India). Meanwhile, I only saw people outside of India and Costa Rica get laid off.
Also wondering WTF happened with the Reddit page. I don’t post there because I’m paranoid but it’s weird how there’s never anything new anymore. It’s fishy…
several in my global group got cut last week and 2 weeks before that. Keep happening several at a time so nobody ever feels safe. I give myself a bit better than 50/50 odds of making it to September.
I don’t think any of us would ever know the exact numbers unless someone in the HR leaks it
