The poor performers are being removed from the company
The people who don't do any work and don't comply with RTO policy are gone
We can now move forward and thrive without the dead weight

Funny how it went from "barely any layoffs" to "only poor performers," which only speaks to how poorly OT's hiring practices are. Baghdad Bob, can you stick to only one narrative?
@OP this is completely untrue. We have several ppl that are supposed to be in office and are not and not even trying and they are still gainfully employed.
@a4 Why would we need a turnaround story if we weren't sinking?
BTW, it's only a story and the market knows it.
HaHa...our own comical Ali!
"Yes! Our heroic leadership team has implemented their cunning five year plan, launching us into a glorious future of growth and prosperity!"
You know, it's bad karma to speak ill of the departed, even if they were only let go. They didn't deserve this. I've never met anyone of my peers or even managers that I thought were slackers. Even the directors were doing the best with what they are allowed to do.
@OP please next Time, instead of WEAK, use UNTERMENSCHEN…
@a3 Well done. You got the bot to confirm the whole ELT was layoff.
Yes the weak s, who did not choose lick boots of S Bell s crew are taken down.
The stronger ones, who have strength in licking will stay till they cant lick any more
Not true at all.
There was no press release about the layoffs, how would the market even know about the "turnaround story"? They arent disclosing to the public until all the layoffs are done.
Plenty of weak performers are still here, and some strong performers gone (probably higher paid).
Could be a typical chopping block for the new FY though.
No. We are hopelessly doomed as long as bootlickers like you are still around.
Only after you and your entire crew are eradicated, can Open Text begin the long turnaround.
@a3 agreed and confirmed 100%. Look at the stock price, the markets love us and are supportive of our turnaround story
So they’ve got rid of the entire ELT?
Who saw that coming.
