How does 401k work in a situation like this? I have never experienced this situation just like the rest of you. I was wondering if anyone has any knowledge they can spread to those who don't know?

They paid us an extra week then filed bankruptcy now they say they overpaid us and want money back.if we have 15000 employees and from what I see some are paying $200 to $1300 back where is this millions going and to who?????
