Does everyone’s break room / back office look like a 4th grade classroom?
Ridiculous bulletin boards look like a 4th grade classroom with who’s a shooting star for credit? Who is a “customer service” champion?
Also lunchroom now has warning on door that food and drink is not allowed on sales floor. How insulting.
Belk needs to treat us like adults and maybe, just maybe they wouldn’t have such a high turnover rate.
RTO Complaints - Gross Office
Our VP sent an exhasperated email saying that she is doing all she can to "address the cleanliness concerns" in the office and that she has no control over the lack of desk availability. At least on our floor the break room fridge is a complete toxic waste zone and there are regularly old used plates and takeout containers with food still in them laying around.
Kinda funny that people at that level are having to hear and answer to those complaints. Maybe we can have a VP of Custodial Infrastructure?
Why does it smell so bad
Has anyone nothing a horrible smell on all floors in Alpharetta..? It’s really distracting but especially the second and fourth floor. Maybe because that’s tech and IT and the people are overworked? It’s a mix of body odor and unwashed clothes. Very distracting and I’m thinking they just don’t have time or energy to bathe daily or laundry. Idk but I want to work home so bad the smell is extremely distracting from work and I often go to break room or work on patio just to get away.
