I was in Casa Grande, over 200 laid off, I dont know what to do going forward, had worked there for several years.

Some folks working here are getting away with not doing their job while others work like slaves. Not cool Hexcel. Anyhow, if you are brand new here you will have a very hard time. It gets better with time. No layoffs though.
