Unfortunately, there are more and more bad moves which ultimately have a negative impact on both employees and the company. Lately, I've been wondering if it's worth staying here or perhaps looking for another option?

Numbers are bad at NNS IT. Not enough attrition. Layoffs coming in IT and all overhead departments. NNS IT development Dept T55 and T53 up for outsourcing to US based SI
Rumors of another reduction in force at NNS
Lots of rumors of another NNS salary layoff coming. Looks like they are trying to avoid the WARN laws by spacing the layoffs out.
Who got cut?
Seems strange as they are always bragging that they have 20+ years of backlogged work. Did any of the several dozens VPs get impacted at all? Bet even their bonuses were not touched.

Strong rumour floating that up to 350 employees will be let go feb 26. Mostly admin and overhead heavy areas.

My daughter just got released. This is the second round in her group. Others got let go a month ago.

No layoffs and things are doing pretty good right now
We'll see what the rest of the year brings, but overall Jan/Feb of 2020 are pretty good. No other news or rumors to report for HII
