After deploying SAP to San Onofre, it was shutdown. After deploy SAP to Edison Mission, it was sold and everyone laid off. After SCE deploy SAP, it laid off most of the IT. Shouldn't the CIO be fired?

We keep trimming staff on the IT side, there will be more layoffs in 2015.
