MY OPINION
IT WOULD BE MUCH SMARTER TO HIRE CONTRACTORS AT LOWER PAY RATE BECAUSE THEY KNOW ROUTES ANYWAYS AND THE WORK. OMIT THE MIDDLE MAN AND SAVE MONEY WITH THAT AS WELL. JUST MY OPINION.
