I have set up an email address if any media members would like to learn more information directly from an employee. I am from the NorCal/Reno region. Most of the regions have been affected pretty similarly so I can speak upon just about anything... — read more

Are cashiers getting cut as well?

I have been with whole foods for 5 years now and at the moment I am a FT cashier... Probably one of the higher paid cashiers at this point. Are we safe from the cuts?

Wisconsin Stores

Spending too much money now we're paying the ultimate price.

Maybe if we didn't operationally fund so many f'ing foundations and WFM wasn't John Mackey's vehicle to fulfill his philanthropic life goals We'd have jobs and decent affordable medical insurance. Charity begins at home Mr. Mackey!

Recording

So being a TL in the NA region, I've decided to start recording any conversation I have with regional or store leadership. My question is, is this legal and could this be used in legal proceddings?

Midatlantic

We lost our bulk buyer, floral supervisor, and one marketing team member. Overall moral is horrible. My thoughts are that WFM has attempted to grow the company to fast. Every week we hear of a new store opening. Something had to give.

Trying to make sense of this. Two questions - are they any folks who are laid off and are willing to talk ON the record for a major regional newspaper (Austin). Also, would someone help me understand the position acronyms you are using (e.g., ASTL... — read more
