Any idea who will be the biggest target groups of layoffs?

Is this going to be an interesting year as it relates to Eastman Chemical layoffs? Any chatter, news or rumors?

I know they gave VSPs to the older folks to make them retire. I was wondering if they were going to do a performance layoff and if so, by when do y’all think?

Looks like voluntary separation starting then will bump up to involuntary to fill the rest. 3% reduction from what I have heard

Kingsport Rumors are strong. Even include hourly people. Union meetings have started again.
