how much we can expect for the raise in Houston office as a senior software engineer?

i know a software engineer with 20 years coding experience working for Invesco, Houston, TX, her total pay is about $118k a year. Is not this pay extremely insulting????

That's pretty much all as it relates to us, sometimes we are up and sometimes down. Layoffs follow but always lag at INVESCO
