Do you know there is a plan to grow headcount, how many employees currently work here? How about the HQ at Edinburgh?

i was laid off by the group under list of 300 odd people , they gave 6 months of good salary. 2nd list is out by july 2019.rbs has entretd losses in 10 yrs in a row.ring fencing has forced to do this.i got off the ship last year but still no growth... —  read more

It's hard to predict things, for now, at least - but folks are saying that there might be cuts in Edinburgh.

30,000 of us will be cut over the next three to five years. The intent is to withdraw from Investment Banking where we sucked big time anyway. Good luck all.
