never got for 4000 post getting layoff after taxes i only got 2,394 company assure us we would get for 4000 plus for every year a lum sum turns out the 4000 was included so after taxes i only saw 2,394

Mostly people that's been there for decades and are making more money than the company is comfortable with.

First week of February of 2020 and a bunch of people are getting laid off. I know someone there who's been working for Kirkhill for 42 years and they just laid her off. Others with 30+ years of experience, too.

Blaming on Boeing KMAX platform impact, Transdigm wants to get ahead of industry downturn. Companies part of Transdigm will be asked for cuts now to ward off losses for investors down the road.
