RTO will be the final straw for me

I’ve wanted to leave for a while but postponed it because the arrangement was acceptable. With RTO, that’s no longer the case. There are other companies, other opportunities, and change is often good for personal growth. Ford has become stale... — read more

FNA ruin RTO Globally

It has been observed that the FNA teams, despite the previous expectation to return to the office at least three days per week, have in practice not adhered to this guideline. Now, with a revised directive requesting office presence for four days... — read more

Health concerns re: RTO

The air quality in the offices is really bad. Will the company be providing air purifiers? I reached out to HR but they haven't responded yet. Also the toilets are a concern for many - the seats and handles are usually smeared with human waste.

4-day RTO is layoffs in disguise

Layoffs in disguise. Ford is dying with recalls and can't turn a profit. Layoffs signal maker weakness and spook shareholders. Having people leave voluntarily hides what's really going on. Upper management is clueless on how modern workforce... — read more

Ford is Top-Heavy
