internal sentiment at this company is too negative. hard to work with some people/teams with sh-t attitude and outlook as a motivated new hire and outsider, trying to make it work. cant even explain how much worse my last gig was and it was rated one of the best global employers, for years, as fortune 100. opentext is no different than other companies: team, manager, business group dictates all. if you’re developing a 30+ year old product to match what industry solution peers already have……please. like get real about who you are, what you do, the market, the future, and show up with some humility and accountability. /rant

One week away from reorg. Attitudes and employee effectiveness are in the dirt in Permian OPs. How’s everyone else functioning?

I find my attitude toward others is off the radar lately. Im beyond sick of the same bs day in and day out. No accountability, the expectation that I should do your work for you, watching slackers get promoted while good staff are targeted and terminated. Trying to hold out as long as possible cause the job market is trash but this place has become so toxic and seems almost intentional

Got back a mixed review because one of my coworkers is mad that I stopped working nights and weekends. lol. i also need to step up my game in the creation of our team’s decks, because I seemingly can’t read my director’s mind well enough when given no direction. At least I have a good attitude!! F-ck this place all the way to he-l.

I’m hating this CIFT team more than ever. I joined this team recently as a Quality Analyst, and people here have so much attitude and arrogance almost all of them are like this. I feel like I want to quit this team or even this role.

This company has changed in the last few years. Theres a clique of people hired in by their mates and now theyre slowly dragging the company into mediocrity
