Lands End filed that 8-k about how it can't find refinancing for the loan coming due soon, and it doesn't sound like owner Eddie Lampert has the means to bail them out either. It doesn't look good at all.

Land's End is awesome - my wife used to work there - she loved it and they did not have job cuts and RIFs there at all
