Termination procedures
I see a few posts by people who resigned… What was your experience? What determines if the notice period ends right away or if you stay for the term? (Is the different for rto vs full remote employees) What obligations do you have to say if you a... — read more
Anyone know if more reorgs and layoffs are coming?
Now that leadership had some changes, will other teams have changes too? Does anyone have information?
The wrong leaders are stepping aside
Peter Crawford, Bernie Clark and Joe Martinetto have been the heart and soul of Schwab's success for many years. They have tried to counterbalance the ruthless, machiavellian Walt, Rick and Jonathan, through the last few years. It's not surprising... — read more

Who makes the decisions on who gets cut? How is it done
We have had enough cuts by now that the system should be pretty clear from those that have actually managed or done it. Can someone with experience give the overview on what criteria Schwab is using to make the previous or upcoming cuts? Is it coming... — read more
Is it rumor or True?

And Then There Were None
Not enough people left for big layoffs so of course the many small "baby" layoffs will have to do. Schwab has been callously laying off left and right with no regards to who will be unlocking the front door in the morning or closing up at night. The... — read more
June Layoffs

If you are impacted by Layoff and reason is H1B

Future of Project Managers
What is the future of the Project Manager position at Schwab? Is it a safe spot for the long term?
Equifax’s security chief had some big problems. Being a music major may be one of them Before Major Issue at Equifax
Do we have such Gold and Diamonds, Sitting in Schwab? If that is case then defiantly, we have some problem. I know some, whose majors are different what they working, and they push imagination where answer needs logic and bluntness.
