there were 10215 active emp, in pension, worldwide 2024, in 2025, it's 8500. how many were cut vs retired? i know i was cut and i'm telling everyone i can how ford treats their people.

Ford vehicles are outdated

Why is it that Ford don't redesign their vehicles to make them more attractive to the customers. Most of their vehicles still looks the same after 4 to 8 years. Why would I want to buy a new vehicle that looks the same as the one from 4 years ago... — read more 

IT LL4+ calendars blocked for Off-Site meetings

That could mean only one thing - Lay Offs. Possible before the Memorial Day if past trend were to continue - before a long weekend. This is in IT but could be in other departments too. Brackets is an exception - they are untouchable.

Technical Specialist Roles

I noticed there are many Technical Specialist roles open at Ford. Are those positions considered safe, or do they tend to get laid off sooner than other roles?

Ford will win by bringing auto part, component, and vehicle manufacturing and assembly home to US. The management team will get this done.

Why is Farley not fired?

Stock price stuck ~$9/share. It was once at $25 under Farley. Mark Fields was blown out over stock price and he was a way better CEO than Farley. So how is Farley still there? I don't get it.
