Several departments have been axed already and claims is being outsourced. Can anyone provide information on other planned changes for this year? Need to know if other ops jobs are getting the axe

Our region closed all labs 5 months ago, 3 state region. We got 3 weeks notice. Severance packages for full time lab techs, retail was not offered, unless you were a licensed optician. We've heard some places are now getting less notice.

Luxottica is super hierarchical organization, quite a bit rigid in that sense… Right now, at least here where I am there is no sense of loyalty at all. You often see people with long tenures, with 10 years or more, being laid off and that’s not cool... — read more
