Could it be?

Is RR finally on his way out? And what about the rest of his “innovative” team?

Drive to replace older workers

They are being careful not to commit anything to writing (for obvious reasons), but the writing is clearly on the wall. RV sees this as a key part of his legacy. It's their prerogative, but they have to tread extremely carefully to avoid age... — read more

Think like an owner???

If I was an ‘owner’, I’d want a new board of directors and top level. Considering this company is stagnating for decades. Clorox bleach had the same share price as BNYM in August 1999. Both are earth-shakers, but in that time clorox has quadrupled... — read more

How?

I’m at my wits end with dealing with staff who cannot answer a single question about the job they’ve been doing for years. And yet HR didn’t allow these people to be let go . Zero asset to the team in every level

Is it really so easily possible?

I would like to hear your opinion: if a person gives their best, is dedicated to their work and adds value to the company, is it still possible to end up unfairly marked as "below" expectations? If so, is it possible to prevent it somehow?

EXCITEMENT

We can add pronouns to teams & now a $20 Uber gift card! What excitement. I feel like an owner!
