It’s a typical trolling tactic - stirring things up just to hijack the conversation. When those posts pop up, the best thing to do is not to engage. Just downvote and maybe tag #mods (usually works) , let them handle it.

Post and Reply IDs

  • Every thread has a unique thread ID (example: +1k3kRc0B2)
  • The Original Poster (OP) always shows as @OP+threadID
  • Each reply gets its own post ID with a short prefix (example: @az+1k3kRc0B2)
  • The suffix after the + matches the thread ID, so all replies in a thread share it
  • You can reference someone by typing their Post ID (example: @az+1k3kRc0B2 or just @az if inside the same thread)

Rules / Mods / Admins

  • Mods/admins exist but stay silent
  • Posts may be deleted for:
    • Personal names
    • Swearing, insults, politics, race/gender/identity attacks
    • Off-topic spam or trolling
  • Threads or all posts from a user can be removed
  • IPs and some VPNs are blocked (TOR often doesn’t work)
  • Smaller VPN providers usually work
  • Best practice: stick to layoff-related content and don’t post names
