The HR managers target specific managers and employees due to personal reasons. They are not unbiased. It’s sick.
Remember HR is suppose to protect the company, but the employee-yet the HR managers are literally walking liabilities.
Wake up Hertz. Clean house of your RAC HR managers. More specifically your top 30. Walking lawsuits day in and day out.

bumping this up from the softbank thread
as it is the crux of the problem:
It is not about which company owns the manufacturing, it is the people inside and culture which are too corrupted and incapable. The current people are lagging technology and engineering mindset. Having politicians, MBA, gangsters as leaders in Intel is a complete joke, no hope.

SF is the is the worst of the worst! Bottom of the trash barrel
The worst thing about SF is that it's a Mutual Company and there is no one to hold the Executives accountable for their actions. A Mutual Company works when the Executives are in it for the mutual benefit of the policyholders and employees. When you get incompetent and immoral leaders in place (MT, JF, CS, KC) they can abuse the system. They fleece the policyholders and employees out of every penny they can to enrich themselves. Shareholders are not much better but they usually demand a level of competence that we do not have. They make changes when stuff does not work. Shareholders would fire all these incompetent goons and get away from the useless agency model. We have been hiding for a long time behind the SF Mutual Company and MK getting called in front of a congressional panel recently scared the sh-t of some Execs because they saw the possibility of getting found out. It will catch them....they are all crooks! There used to be some honor among thieves. It is ok to lay people off, give them a severance package and then let them draw unemployment while they are looking of a job. There is a right way and wrong way to sc--w people over. State Farm, they just torture employees, make them miserable and try to force them out. They lie, manipulate, con and use every other ba----d arrss tactic to try to destroy people. Run away from this place as soon as you can.
Why still work for this company. It has no respect what you have done!
no matter it was 1 year, 10 years, 20 years, or lifelong.
leave now.
A Circus, Not a Career
NI / NSI / PIP = yearly contract renewal – Every damn year people live in fear like contractors. One bad rating and you’re out. Zero stability.
• Sycophants rule – If you know how to l___ b____, you get any role you want. Skills and hard work don’t matter here.
• Indian supervisors – The biggest cl___s. Non-transparent, arrogant, manipulative, and treat people like d__t. Absolute sh___eads.
• No per diem offshore – Imagine going offshore and not even getting basic allowances. ExxonMobil doesn’t care, you’re just a number.
• BTC hiring joke – They keep hiring in BTC without defining roles. Just adding headcount for show. Chaos everywhere.
• Supervisors shuffle every 6 months – New boss, new story, new “collaboration” n______e. By the time you adjust, they rotate again.
• Americans = presentation kings – Most of them don’t know real work. They only know how to make fancy slides and complete projects “on PowerPoint.” When things fail, they blame BTC for “taking jobs.”
• No career path – Don’t expect growth here. There’s no direction, no roadmap, only confusion.
• Culture of show-offs – If you can talk b__g and polish slides, you’ll shine. If you do actual work, you’ll r__t in the same spot.
👉 ExxonMobil doesn’t belong to employees, doesn’t belong to BTC, doesn’t belong to America — it belongs to a bunch of ah_ supervisors and s_nts who know how to game the system. Everyone else is disposable.
LR’d yesterday .. just politics
Just got LR’d yesterday, G10 RTP Collab. The team environment was politically charged and pathetic. Only bootlickers are safe. Not sure how I made this far in the group.
Leadership here is a mess
Leadership here is a mess. They talk like they know the work but they really don’t. Cliques run everything and block anyone who’s not in the circle. Some leaders lie straight to your face and HR backs them while they push people out. Employees are treated like tools, not people, and anyone who doesn’t fit in gets picked at until they give up. No wonder so many are quitting.
MW's stern message to stop being nice to each other
For those who survived Wave 1, is this seriously the boss we all reported to now? Wow just wow. Looks gonna be toxic.
"CEO MW is overhauling the oil giant’s ‘nice’ corporate culture, getting tougher not just on his employees but also on rivals and the politicians standing in his way".
