I've been hearing of more layoffs sometime soon, can anyone confirm?

In April, 2020, Kofax laid off a significant number of people, supposedly due to projected losses from Covid-19. It is estimated that 10% of the company was let go.

Rumors coming from the sales department at Kofax is that about 300 or so employees are going to get RIF'd. It was going to happen last week but got postponed until this week.

Closed acquisition on 2-1-19. three weeks later, they whacked 1/3 of 90 person sales team.
