I was searching around the job board last week and saw that there were a few thousand postings now today there are only a few hundred. I was under the impression that going into Q2 we would be seeing more not less, any insight into why this is?

Has anyone been able to successfully request their manager to be changed? If so, how did you do it? I am convinced my mangers goal is to unfairly show me the door because of a personal vendetta.

What happened with it? We had a great corporate culture and excellent work/life balance and now it's all gone. Who is responsible for the change? I know it didn't happen overnight but it had to start somewhere.
