GF is nearing its end. No cutting edge tech to support, empty fabs and incompetent management team who are rotten and failed guys. I am leaving this place finally next week. So happy.

This is indeed time to get out of GF to help GF. Trust me. Let us lighten the sinking GF boat. Many are already.

Everyone I know who left voluntarily or via layoff are doing really well.

I wish I was more optimistic, but it doesn't seem to me that GF has any clear strategy for the future. I think if you were to ask the employees what they think about the future of this place, the answers would be overwhelmingly dismal.

In Malta a group of 300 employees are planning a walkout at 10am. We will simply stop our duties and head to the entrance gate and begin our strike. This has gone to far and it's time to take a stand.
