I am hearing BRCX gearing up for possible strike or lockout. What is the story? Is one side asking for too much?
It seems that this could be a routine contract? Why all the prep?

Over the past few days, we have been hearing about quite a few people who had dedicated their lives to Juniper. These people spent upwards of 80hrs a week in supporting the organization grow and deliver.
As this acquisition is taking shape, we are being informed that these folks do not have a place in the new organization. This is beyond comprehension. How can our SVP's EVP's make such decisions and completely ignore these individuals in favor of the new team. Some of these people let go have a resume that's longer than the age of these new members.
I'm beyond stunned today as I hear about a specific individual who worked tirelessly in delivering the results, appreciated repeatedly and making our SVP/EVP successful in the eyes of our CEO. If this isn't betrayal I don't know what is..
Today, I can say that I no longer have any respect left for this person's previous supervisor.
Volunteering won't do it. The defiant nature of the leaders here will just give you more work, laugh at you struggle, and will try to make you quit.
You have to put yourself on the chopping block by simply reporting your manager to Employee Relations. They will take the side of your supervisor, BUT you are a target now. A person who doesn't go with the flow, and can potentially expose them. Therefore, becoming a financiql liability and a source to empower others.
I guarantee you will be on the next list.
How do you all feel? With the move to epic it seems like you all are in a state of limbo and waiting for some direction.
Is my area expecting up to 12” of snow?

Does my LOB have the capability to WFH?
Yes.
Did my LOB get the ok to WFH?
Absolutely not.
All the BS talk on Flagscape about how BofA cares about employees, is a joke.
Hopefully those who have to travel in the dangerous weather do so safely.
1-finger salute to all the top brass!
Hi I understand from reading bp share policy, upon termination of bp employment, bp has discretion to allow its ex-employee to keep the restricted shares (if they are a good leaver etc). Does anyone know who's decision it is to allow the employee to keep the shares? Any other insights as to what process / considerations for the decision. I am getting no information from my line manager.
Never ever in my life have I been this checked out. I have resigned and man do I feel like just doing nothing. I don’t even get it. I have never been this way. Constantly just RTO. Fu-k RTO now I have a brain capable of doing more than micromanagement.
