I'm in minneapolis and the pay range recently changed. An example for a P3 in risk is the minimum used to be $84K, but now has increased to $96K. If a person is below the minimum, will HR increase the their wage to match, or will WF sc--w that person over?

No AIP bonus in October
Yup, and the email sort of blamed the employees. In any case, just a guess but layoffs are gonna have to happen. Again, no first hand knowledge. Guess they should not have bought two companies.
McDonalds Wages at NOV PCG Lab
The hourly guys on the floor are barely getting wages above that at McDonalds. Whats with that.
Low Salaries?
Applied to an IT job and the pay scale was disclosed prior to an in person that was less than the job posting. About 45% under market for this role. Is that normal here?
Title changes for salary compression.
The bank is now actively reclassifying lower roles to higher roles without any financial compensation. They are compressing wages down for the same or more work. Be mindful of your job role, your compensation range will go down.
This evil corporation expects us to work harder for no actual gain to ourselves?
Grade 26 and less
If you go into your MyHR - personal information and expand the employment history section do you see anything that says your “Transfer - GL account code change”?What does this mean? Mine says as of 8/10/25. I have not got any increase or change in my job.
Taking away bonuses for salary or hourl
I am a clinical worker grade level 24 and am hourly. A few weeks ago they sent that wordy bonus email saying that they were changing the structure of the bonuses or taking away them.
Can someone explain to me what is happening with the bonuses for someone who is hourly and a grade level 24?
How’s the pay
I’ve had the impression that vanguard pays poorly. Is that still the case?
Years of Service
Does anyone know if past service years that had a break of more than 5 years count in the ISP severance pay?
Dell vs HPE
My husband was laid off from Dell (back in July) after 10 years there, but was recently offered a similar role at HPE, and for better pay than what he was making at Dell (in sales).
My concern is HPE will just be more of the same, understaffed, overworked, and with just as much risk of another layoff as Dell.
Does anyone have any advice or experience going from Dell to HPE that might make me feel better about him taking this offer? He has another potential offer from another smaller company, but it doesn’t pay as well. But I’m thinking it might be worth it to work at a smaller place that might be less stressful on him.
He says it’s better to take the offer he has that’s for sure and for more money, but after reading the posts here, it makes me nervous he’s going from the oven to the frying pan.
Severance pay calculation and paper record
Has anyone received the severance pay calculation or pay stub showing how the company determines the final amount? If you received it by mail, how long after the severance payment did you get it?
Question pay range given
Will Elevance ever go above the given salary range in a pre screen interview call?
Drumgoole: 2 years of the highest negative growth in the industry and getting pay and bonus increases for it
GIS has had the highest negative growth in the industry the last two years. At the same time the board and our 2 leaders who just gave themselves a massive equity grant have increased Drumgoole's pay by $100k and massively increased his bonus percentage. He got the highest bonus this year in DXC for massive negative growth. Just because someone was a CIO and knows technology doesn't mean they can grow a business. #pay for performance.
