They had layoffs on March 19th, cutting just under 100 people, again yesterday April 23rd and rumor has it there will be another one on May 22nd. Under 100 means they don’t have to disclose anything and keep on going.

Another round of layoffs. First in March for 60+ people and then again in April. Company cannot stop bleeding money.

Partech -$400M since 2018. ~15 rounds of layoffs since then. CEO pulled +$50M in salary! 30 under 30 club representing! Well done! >10% of the company is nepo. Capitalism is totally fooking broken. Don't work here, and if you do, leave.

PAR can't make money

Nearly every year, we've had major layoffs right about this time. What are the chances that PAR Technology has the same plans for us this year?

Company isn't profitable, poor execution, was running on corporate debt. Laying off tenured employees to stem the bleeding. Highly nepotistic , Savneet Singh hires friends and family, made his brother in law the CGO

All these decades of cronyism, nepotism and mo–nic management have taken their toll. losing their biggest customer for almost FORTY YEARS, Over 25% of gross revenue and no new product in over 10 years. Time to close shop

Not sure exactly how many people are affected, but I think it's somewhere between 50 and 100. Any chance somebody knows more details?
