Shark Tank

Some of these presentations didn’t even do a basic competitor check. Alexa+ was launched today. What a waste of company resources. 1000X stupidity!!!

This job is an incredible drain on both body and soul

Finally promoted!

After working hard for 14 years at this company, I was promoted from a 28 to a 29. I started as a 27. Rated a 5, got a great bonus, stock, and increase in pay. I've had years where I got a 3 and barely a raise and I know it's hard. I remember walking... — read more

They can track everything you do at all times - doesn’t matter if you think you got around it somehow or you turn your status to offline. They know when you aren’t actively at your computer and can use it as a reason to lay you off.

I’ve read in the past here that Home & Community department is ended for good on 3/31. Does anyone have an updates on this? This is before the next big predicted layoff on April 17th. So a bit confusing.

How is RRP fund determined? Is it fair

How is the fund for RRP determined? I assume it changes per team even within the same job function? Why is your bonus not based on your salary? Saying you received a bonus at 100% of RRP when that only means $600, for example, doesn’t seem right or... — read more
