How does gainshare really works? Can someone provide sample?
Progressive is a meat grinder
Prepare to have your life wholly consumed by this company. Their internal processes are so over-engineered and employees micromanaged, that I can’t for the life of me understand why people love it here (unless you are in HR). I get it that the... — read more

Moving departments is next to impossible
Good luck getting a role off of the phones if you are in one...
Pto accrual
The pto accrual here is... a downfall to this company. 6 hours every 2 weeks unless you have substantial tenure. I love the company culture, I do like my job, colleagues and boss, but this a downside. I have never worked for a company that does not... — read more

We are understaffed
I don't know why some people mention layoffs, maybe they know something that I don't. My impression is that we are largely understaffed, but I am not sure that the company is doing anything about it. Related to that is the problem that employees... — read more

You lot are in for a rude awakening.
What are your arguments?

Thank you Progressive
Thank you for hearing your employees and realizing that raises needed to happen. I am so grateful to work for a company that not only recognizes work/life balance, but also compensation. Thank you.
I make the same as a Wendy’s employee

Gainshare factor gone up!

It is in their interest to make us feel less valuable

What would make Progressive a better company?
I have worked in much worse companies but I am not very happy with the situation here either. It can always get better. At the moment, I don’t like how the work is distributed here. Some work too much and some are spared and work the bare minimum... — read more
Very Happy Here
