CMM's--when will we be escorted out?

When are the CMM's going to be cut? I'm a new CMM having started late last year and this centralization of CM tasks--the spreadsheets, forecasts, etc., make me feel like I do not have a future in this company. Anyone heard anything?

Since the company is going down that road....

What does leadership mean

Where there is no vision, the people (company) will perish. We are not talking about management slogans like manage up, manage down and others but a solid vision that employees can drive forward with.

Hey why not get a new company name in honor of the new fiscal year? Like "Fmart" (in honor of Kmart) or "Fears" (in honor of Sears) or Follett Max ( in honor of Office Max).... why not since we hired all there useless talents?
