Take Two video

What is this new Take Two video we’re doing in the US? It feels like a segment in a local tv news program. Can leaders just communicate with us without dressing it up like this? It feels so inauthentic and artificial. Bad vibes. Especially for OA, who is usually a very transparent and genuine person. I’m sure they’ll regret making this when something important has to be communicated and quietly cancel it.


Does the Global Employee Survey really result in real change?

It seems that the same concerns are brought up every year, lack of career development, poor communication, insufficient tools and equipment, but no measurable progress in any of these areas is ever really made. Has anyone ever seen any meaningful change come from this survey?

Also, is it truly anonymous?
I know of some complaints made about problem people, resulted in retaliation. People who were upset about being called out for their anti-social behavior and poor work ethic, engaged in intimidating behavior towards those they believed complained about them.

Hypocritical Much

With all the Code of conduct , Ethics communications going out, is Having Walter Goggins as the Walmart commercial spokesman a bit Hypocritical? Great actor, funny at times, but much (like 98.6%) of his stuff clearly crosses lines of Code of Conduct. What's the message here Board of Directors ????
