Just a friend

Does anyone notice any relation to the issue s coming out of DC and the current layoffs (ie, government programs more than private ones). How about anything related to DEI, like older women 55 and up or some demographic like that?

HH for Navi ( H&C) gone

I was moved from HH to more the back end in another dept but I still kept in contact with some of my old team mates and I’m hovering over their name in teams chat and it won’t display the last time they logged in or show the organization map. It... — read more

It doesn’t really matter why layoffs happen

They were always going to occur eventually—whether we're doing well or not. We've seen cuts in both good and bad times. It's just a numbers game, and workers are the easiest target. Furthermore, the offshoring and AI trends will only continue and... — read more

Seems it’s a lot of CHC employees this round..

I don’t think that is a coincidence. The outage and lack of integration was a disaster and a black eye for us. Also, our work from home culture didn’t align with the work office one of the MN folks. It seems destined to fail from the beginning, so... — read more

Im locked out of my system. Can someone please hit control alt delete on their keyboard and give me the helpdesk phone number to the Americas? Or create a ticket for me please? Needing my MS ID.

Was anyone told why this layoff happened?

Was it due to the change healthcare acquisition and subsequent outage or the mu---r of the CEO? Obviously it was financial reasons, but was curious if you asked and found out why. I was so mad when I was told that I didn’t ask…I never had a single... — read more

Silver lining

If I'm laid off, at least I won't have to stress about layoffs 24/7 anymore. Yay?

Sick lying company

How many times do they have to lie and say we're "valued" and it was "a difficult decision". Liars. They said it's due to loss of business, yet chc didn't lose any business, it's been non-stop busting a-s with a huge work flow. It was really cute... — read more

I envy younger employees

First, if they joined recently, their chances of being laid off are lower. They’re not as well-paid as those of us who’ve been here longer, and we all know pay is the main factor in layoffs. Second, being young today means they can more easily find a... — read more
