IT was just hit hard again by a round of layoffs. They got rid of old Managers/Officers and got new ones in and within months, here came the layoffs! As usual, get rid of employees and hire Contractors to take their place. So much for loyalty.

I worked @ Unum from 1998 thru 2005. I was on of VERY few who actually resigned. I cannot understand how they attract the quality employees they do.
