Saw a lot of roles in an area that is hard to hire in come and go not long after export bans and market turmoil. Could this be a sign of poor quarter performance and impending layoffs?

Can anyone tell, what are the titles given to pensando employees after AMD acquisition, Prem Jain, Luca and other VPs, directors there?

Does anyone agree? What is pensando's annual revenue? I think they paid atleast two times of their actual worth even after 30% premium. How AMD is going to make use of the over premium?

There are many reasons but I will mention only one: Why would any skilled employee stay here, if AMD pays him/ her almost the same as a new hire who has almost no experience, and they can be paid much more somewhere else?

I scan dozens of resumes for a well-known semiconductor company and always immediately discard resumes with AMD as their most recent employer. Working for AMD just tells me that person was desperate and working for AMD was their very last choice.
