as another comment said, it's Rif-Mas. Please not another hiring blitz. Enforce a complete hiring freeze and move current laid-off employees to other positions EVEN if it means retraining.

CEO posted a video announcement saying a voluntary RIF will be announced followed by regular RIF with size varying on the number who volunteered.

Omnicell laid off all Engineering staff. Closed their MTV facility. This company is bad, HR is terrible in Milpitas.
