Time to jump off this sinking ship
My goal was to retire from optum but I've made the decision that the psychological stress caused by working here isn't worth it. Needless to say, the company's values no longer align with my values. I feel liberated in my decision to leave!

Notified of July Layoffs
Our market has received notice that there will be layoffs in July. We won’t know all that is effected for 1-2 weeks. Not sure if knowing in advance helps or not. It is stressful!!!!!
